uncooked German pork sausages

any German sausage works such as: kielbasa, knackwurst or bratwurst

Instructions
Layer sauerkraut and potatoes on bottom of slow cooker.
1 cup sauerkraut
1 large russet potato
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Top with sausage and add water.
3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-3 uncooked German pork sausages
1/4 cup water
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve hot with yellow mustard.
