Instructions
Set oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and drop by 1 rounded teaspoon onto a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet.
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 /2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup all-purpose gluten free baking flour
1 pinch salt
Bake for 12 minutes on middle oven rack until browned on top.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Can be stored in refrigerator for 5 days.
