Ingredients
- ½ cup canned pumpkin, such as Libby’s
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 /2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup all-purpose gluten free baking flour, Bob Mills
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Set oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients and drop by 1 rounded teaspoon onto a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet.1/2 cup canned pumpkin1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 /2 cup old fashioned oats2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses1 teaspoon ground cinnamon3/4 cup all-purpose gluten free baking flour1 pinch salt
- Bake for 12 minutes on middle oven rack until browned on top.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
- Can be stored in refrigerator for 5 days.
