Ingredients
- 1 large firm peach, peeled and diced (Roughly 3/4 cup)
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 large ripe and firm plum tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Use a potato peeler to peel peach or dip into boiling water for 30 seconds then transfer to ice water. Rub peel off.1 large firm peach
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
