Ingredients
- ¼ cup spicy refried beans, or canned Rosarita Spicy Jalapeno
- ¼ cup canned black beans, (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons pico de gallo, or substitute with favorite salsa
- ¼ cup four cheese grated mexican blend
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup guacamole
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- In a 2-cup dish, layer each ingredient in order listed.
- You can substitute pico de gallo for chunky salsa but try to avoid a salsa with a lot of liquid or it makes the dip soggy. Serve with tortilla chips. Ole’!
