Ingredients
- 2 medium haas avocados, ripened
- 1 fresh lime
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper, each
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ⅛ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 roma tomato, halved, seeded and finely diced
Instructions
- Halve your avocados and scoop into a bowl. Take a butter knife and slice through your avocado until your they appear chunky but slightly creamy. Slice less if you like your guacamole chunky.2 medium haas avocados
- Split lime in half and give a quick squeeze over avocado, add salt, gently combine all. You can easily overwhelm your dip with lime so go small here then add more later after tasting, if needed.1 fresh lime

- Place in a serving dish and lay Saran wrap directly on top of guacamole, then cover the dish with a second piece of Saran wrap and set in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy!
