  • 2 medium haas avocados, ripened
  • 1 fresh lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt and pepper, each
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 roma tomato, halved, seeded and finely diced

  • Halve your avocados and scoop into a bowl. Take a butter knife and slice through your avocado until your they appear chunky but slightly creamy. Slice less if you like your guacamole chunky.
    2 medium haas avocados
  • Split lime in half and give a quick squeeze over avocado, add salt, gently combine all. You can easily overwhelm your dip with lime so go small here then add more later after tasting, if needed.
    1 fresh lime
  • Add the spices, onion, garlic, and tomato, and gently combine all. You should taste now to see if you need more salt and lime.
    1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/8 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
    2 tablespoons red onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 roma tomato
  • Place in a serving dish and lay Saran wrap directly on top of guacamole, then cover the dish with a second piece of Saran wrap and set in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy!
