15ouncecan chickpeas, drained, rinsed and well dried
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoon garlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
¼teaspoonchili powder
½teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas in a colander. Pat dry very well (tip: use two clean dishcloths).
15 ounce can chickpeas
Lay chickpeas on on a small roasting pan and drizzle olive oil, gently mixing to ensure all are coated with oil.
1 tablespoon olive oil
Combine all spices then sprinkle over chickpeas and gently mix to coat. Place in oven 35 minutes. Turn off oven, crack door open and allow to sit an additional 10 minutes to bring more crispiness. Enjoy.
