The Aviation Cocktail

The Aviation Cocktail

This cocktail was popular during a time when air travel was young and a luxury for the rich. The crème de violette was used to create a cocktail color that resembled the sky. Cocktails fancied by grandparents or great-grandparents such as The Aviation have been made popular again in recent years.
