Ingredients
- ¾ cup all-purpose gluten-free baking flour, such as Bob Mills brand
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ banana, mashed
- ¼ cup unsalted peanut butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
Instructions
- Set oven to bake at 325 degrees.
- whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl then add wet and mix until combined. - Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees, until edges are browned.
- Completely cool and store in an airtight container. Will stay fresh in refrigerator for 5 days.
