Food processor
Ingredients
- 15 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 cups raw pecans

- ⅓ cup nut butter
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2-3 tablespoons cocoa nibs , (optional)

- Split all 15 dates along the center to remove the seeds. If the dates are fresh and soft, they can go directly into the food processor.
