Ingredients
- 10 ounces pre-shredded cabbage with carrot, roughly a bit more than half of a 1 pound bag.
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium crisp tart apple, such as granny smith variety, julienned
Sauce for Slaw
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 small lime, juiced
- ½ tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions

- Allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before serving.
