EQUIPMENT SUGGESTIONS
2-3 ice trays or favorite small silicone molds
stand up blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, unsalted and unsweetened
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until well mixed.2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt1/2 banana1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Pour into (3) silicone ice trays or silicone molds and allow to freeze at least 2 hours.
- Pop out as desired. Store in freezer.
