Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • cup arugula, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayonnaise, arugula, shallots, lemon zest , salt and pepper.
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup arugula
    1 small shallot
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
    salt and pepper
  • This spread can be made 2 or 3 days ahead.
