Sauce for Slaw

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

lime

fresh ginger

grated

chipotle powder

tablespoon
sugar or honey

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Prepare sauce first by combining all
Sauce for Slaw
ingredients in a medium bowl and mixing well.
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 small lime
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Add cabbage, onion and apple to the sauce bowl and turn over with spoon or spatula several times to coat cabbage mix well.
10 ounces pre-shredded cabbage with carrot
1/2 small red onion
1 medium crisp tart apple
Allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before serving.
