1 ½tablespoonsfresh-squeezed lime, about 1/2 of a lime
2ouncesquality white rum
2ouncesclub soda or sparkling spring water
Instructions
Muddle mint leaves, syrup, and lime juice in a tall glass. Take care to bruise but not shred the mint to release its oils. This can also be accomplished with the back of a spoon to mash the mint a bit in place of a muddler.
6 fresh mint leaves
1 ½ tablespoons Simple Syrup
1 ½ tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime
Add a cup full of crushed ice then add the rum and club soda. Stir and serve with a few mint leaves as garnish.
