¾cupall-purpose gluten-free baking flour, such as Bob Mills brand
½cupold fashioned oats
¼teaspooncinnamon
1pinchsalt
½banana, mashed
¼cupunsalted peanut butter
¼cupunsweetened apple sauce
Instructions
Set oven to bake at 325 degrees.
whisk dry ingredients in a medium bowl then add wet and mix until combined. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto a parchment paper lined or nonstick baking sheet.

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/2 banana
1/4 cup unsalted peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees, until edges are browned.
Completely cool and store in an airtight container. Will stay fresh in refrigerator for 5 days.
