Salad Dressing

picante sauce

mild, medium or hot

greek yogurt

mayonnaise works here too

ground cumin

chili powder

Instructions
Salad Dressing
Whisk to combine all ingredients for salad dressing in a medium bowl . Taste to adjust salt preference.
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lime juice
Salad
Combine all ingredients with dressing and toss to coat. Allow to sit 30 min in refrigerator. Top with chopped cilantro before enjoying!
